What to expect during the first 90 days of your partnership

The first 90 days of your partnership with Venatus will be used to grow your overall yields and revenues through programmatic and direct campaigns.

During this time we will be working to establish and increase your eCPMs within the open marketplace, so our team may ask you to consider using different formats to help drive greater value for buyers.

At the start of our partnership, we will offer guidance on how to optimize your website for advertising. Our recommendations will cover making your content ad-friendly, identifying opportunities for ad placement, and monitoring your core web vitals.

In the weeks that follow we will work with you to introduce new opportunities to grow additional revenue through the use of AdBlock recovery, new formats, and following our best practices to drive your viewability.

Once you complete your first three months with Venatus, your website will become more established in the open marketplace. This will give buyers a better idea of the value of your audience and inventory, creating a strong foundation for us to increase your revenue.

If you have moved to Venatus from another partner, please be aware that we will have to reset all your placements under our accounts. This means that Google and the other SSPs will need time to redirect demand to the new IDs associated with your site. Traditionally, this means lower you might see lower CPMs than you were used to during the early days of our partnership but as more ads run, we will see CPMs rise and more often than not, surpass past results.

In the short term, the Publisher Team will perform a series of data reviews to ensure your setup is healthy. Your first review will be 48 hours after going live so that we have some baseline data to review key indicators and identify any problems in the demand pipelines.
